If you are having pain and deciding between yoga and physical therapy, we recommend physical therapy. You do not need a prescription for physical therapy to see us. Want to reap the benefits of a steadier mind through establishing (or enhancing) a meditation practice? Join us in a one-on-one private setting to get started. You may choose to focus on foundational seated meditation or learn to harness the power of your personal energy through gentle moving meditations of yoga.

What's the difference between a private yoga session and a yoga therapy session? A private yoga session is more likely to focus on the physical poses. A yoga therapy session will be led by a Certified Yoga Therapist, and may cover more subtle body work including chakras and ongoing conditions.

Yoga and meditation lessons are not a substitute for physical therapy or other medical care.
