“[Yoga therapy is] the use of the techniques of yoga to create, stimulate, and maintain an optimum state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.” – Judith Lasater. Yoga therapy sessions may include: yoga asana, breathing and meditation techniques, alignment guidance in yoga poses, stress-reduction or restorative techniques. Yoga therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you are in pain, please begin with a physical therapy evaluation or be under the care of a licensed medical professional.

Yoga Private (up to two participants)

Yoga private sessions are a fantastic way to begin practicing yoga, or to deepen your practice with direct feedback on alignment, opportunities for strength-building, and areas of compensation. A yoga private will be more asana-based than a yoga therapy session.

Yoga lessons are not a substitute for physical therapy or other medical care.
