DRY NEEDLING: There is no extra cost for dry needling in physical therapy sessions. It is (optionally) included in an appointment. For half hour dry needling focused only sessions (please first complete a PT evaluation), email info@wellilo.com to schedule. Learn more about dry needling here.

INSURANCE: We are out of network for all health insurances. We provide forms for submitting for reimbursement. We accept most FSA (flexible spending account) & HSA (health savings account) cards, Federal Employee Workers Compensation and auto accident insurance.

PRICES: Our prices are listed with individual services below. Telehealth / video are lower cost options. We offer discounts for 5 and 10 session packages, see this page for more details or message info@wellilo.com to purchase.

Dr. Ariele Foster

Dr. Ariele Foster (PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN, E-RYT 500) is a doctor of physical therapy, interdisciplinary yoga teacher, anatomy teacher and founder of YogaAnatomyAcademy.com.

She is also the founder of the Wellilo Physical Therapy and Yoga clinic, runs an online yoga anatomy mentorship for yoga teachers and dedicated students and is the creator of two online courses with Yoga Journal, and numerous other courses with Yoga Anatomy Academy.

Ariele’s physical therapy practice is founded upon treating the whole person. She uses hands-on manual therapy techniques along with precise, targeted strength training, myofascial release, dry needling and neuromuscular re-integration to achieve optimal recovery for patients.

Her interdisciplinary teaching is grounded in both the compassionate approach of Kripalu Yoga and her deep understanding of musculoskeletal well-being from working with thousands of patients.

Ariele has led yoga and other movement classes, workshops, and retreats since 2001, and has completed yoga teacher trainings in Kripalu, Anusara, Therapeutics, and Hatha Yoga and self myofascial release.

Ariele was profiled in Peace Quarters “17 Yoga Trainers and Experts You Must Watch Today”, and has been a presenter for Wanderlust, Floyd Yoga Jam and other online summits and festivals.
